Its Acidity is %0.12, K268 is %0.151, K232 is %1.716, DX is %0.000, Peroxide Value meqO2/kg is 2.2. Polyphenols Certicate : Based on the results of the olive oil analysis, was found to contain 1072 mg HT, Tand their derivatives/kg olive oil.
